These terms govern your use of the vendor risk monitoring platform. By using it, you agree to use it for legitimate supply chain risk management within your organisation, and in line with the plan you have signed up for.

Risk scores, flags, alerts and diversification suggestions are decision aids. They are designed to focus your attention and inform your judgement, not to replace it.

A vendor score or alert reflects the signals available at a point in time. It is not a guarantee of future vendor behaviour, and sourcing, contracting and continuity decisions remain yours to make.

Where the platform suggests alternative suppliers or routes, those suggestions are starting points for your own due diligence. Suitability, capacity, qualification and any resulting commercial decision are your responsibility.

You are responsible for having the right to provide the vendor and supply chain data you put into the platform, and for its accuracy. The quality and timeliness of monitoring depends in part on the data you supply.

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer it, or use it to handle data you are not permitted to process. Access is provided for your organisation use under your plan, not for resale.

We work to keep the platform available and monitoring continuous, but do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, dependencies and factors outside our control can affect availability from time to time.

To the extent permitted by law, the platform is provided as a risk monitoring aid, and we are not liable for supply chain outcomes, vendor failures, or decisions made on the basis of the scores, alerts or suggestions it provides.

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Where changes are material, we will make the current terms available so you can review them before continuing to use the service.
